Consumers don't need products or services. They need solutions to problems. Figuring out what these problems and needs really are, and finding the most compelling way to present products or services as an effective solution, is at the core of everything we do. We're not in the advertising business. We're in the problem-solving business. It always starts with sound research and strategy and ends with execution of a well-honed idea. At LCA, we never settle on our first great idea. We come up with a stockpile of them. We work them hard. We weed out the bad ones. We refine good ones. Then we come up with more. Again, this is not about maintaining the status quo. This is about the possibility for greatness.
